Everyday Breakfast SmoothieAugust 01 2016
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk / Native Forest
- 1 cup carton coconut milk or water
- 1 scoop Ultimate Paleo Protein powder
- 1 scoop Greens powder / Dynamic Greens
- 2 tbsp flax seed / Barlean's
- 1/2 cup Banana Flour or plain gluten free oats / WEDO Banana Flour
- 3 ice cubes
- Mix canned and carton coconut milk, Ultimate Paleo Protein powder,greens powder, flax seed and banana flour in blender.
- Add ice cubes and blend once more. Waiting to add the ice cubes allows the other ingredients to blend well without spraying the powder.
