Everyday Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk / Native Forest
  • 1 cup carton coconut milk or water
  • 1 scoop Ultimate Paleo Protein powder
  • 1 scoop Greens powder / Dynamic Greens
  • 2 tbsp flax seed / Barlean's
  • 1/2 cup Banana Flour or plain gluten free oats / WEDO Banana Flour
  • 3 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix canned and carton coconut milk, Ultimate Paleo Protein powder,greens powder, flax seed and banana flour in blender.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend once more. Waiting to add the ice cubes allows the other ingredients to blend well without spraying the powder.
